As an Agency Partner, Adam works closely with creative agencies across Central-Eastern Europe, leveraging Meta\u2019s suite of marketing solutions to unlock business and creative potential.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adam believes good creative \u2013 for mobile as for all other media \u2013 continues to follow the timeless principles celebrated by the greatest names in advertising. Technologies evolve, as do ways people access content, but the principles themselves remain largely unchanged.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before joining Meta, Adam spent 20 years at the strategy departments of BBDO and Leo Burnett, where he led efforts for brands like Samsung, Heineken, Snickers and Orange. His work had always entailed striking a balance between product truths and fiction.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adam is a tutor at the Brand Strategy School of the Polish Advertising Association, multiple EFFIE juror, and shareholder in about 50 different creative awards.
